Carrot Cake Truffles

An old friend is coming in to town tomorrow and she mentioned on The Sweetery's page that she liked carrot cake. I made carrot cake cupcakes for a local very lovely lady and had some carrot cake left over so I made her some carrot cake truffles! Check em out!
