Sharing Recipes

I have a circle of bakers that I share my recipes with, most of which don't live in the area. I was thinking about the fact that I post my recipes to some things. Is this smart? Should I post the recipes to my creations?

I mean...this could go two ways. Either one, it will have more people reading my blog and then possibly more people buying from me. Or two, they will learn my recipes and just do it themselves.

Any professional bakers out there that know what to do about this dilemma?

I don't want to seem snooty about sharing my recipes, but I also don't want to seem snooty about NOT sharing them. Ya know what I mean?
