Cookies'n'Cream Cupcake

So I gave away 2 dozen cupcakes on my Facebook page this past week. BOTH of the winners gave me free reign on what to make...soooo the first lady is receiving Cookies'n'Cream Cupcakes! It was my first time using a star tip, but they came out ok!




You can see the cookies in the batter! YUM!
